In this parable of political corruption, Lassine, a talented young artist, is murdered for a reason over which he has no control – he is an albino and thus a victim of those who prey on superstition to wield power. His friend Fafa teams up with a young policewoman to uncover the culprits and bring them to justice. Modeled after his earlier film, Taafe Fanga/Skirt Power (CFAF 1999), Mr. Drabo shows the ability of collective action to turn the tables on those who misuse tradition for their own selfish purposes.
